Senate Unanimously passes Puppies and Kittens Bill

"Today the Massachusetts State Senate unanimously passed my 'Puppies and Kittens Bill,' which strengthens the Puppy Lemon Law and makes sure pets are bred and sold in safe, healthy environments. I’m lucky to have Lincoln, a healthy, happy pet - everyone deserves the same!"
