The 2019 Senior Health and Wellness Fair is happening on Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 9:00-1:30pm at the Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School, 750 Winter Street in Framingham!

For the first time ever, the RSVP form for my 2019 Senior Health and Wellness Fair is now available on my website!

I'm always so proud to host this event to empower seniors and give them the resources they need to thrive. The senior fair will feature a variety of FREE services, workshops, food, and entertainment for seniors in attendance.

The fair's interactive workshops cover a wide scope of topics such as health care, financial planning, fitness activities, nutrition tips, independent living and more including:

This conference provides seniors with information they can use to help them maintain healthy, financially secure, and independent lifestyles.
